Tim Hardesty
Tim Hardesty joined Midwest Assistance Program, Inc. in 2024 and brings with him an extensive electrical and mechanical background in several areas including Avionic systems, pumps, motors, motor controls, HVAC systems, and automotive mechanics. Additionally, Tim is a licensed 1C Wastewater operator in the state of Montana and oversaw operations at a Sequential Batch Reactor wastewater treatment plant with an average daily flow of approximately one million gallons per day. Tim has over twenty-three years of military experience between active and reserve duty and retired as an Avionics Supervisor from the Montana Air National Guard. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in educational studies from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, Utah in 2012.
